(Очень сильно) по мотивам классической манги Осаму Тэдзуки. Одно из двух самых недооцененных аниме, что я видел (на 21.05.2015). Режиссер - Осаму Дэдзаки.
Инопланетные человеки запустили на Марсе ядерную войну между СССР и США (год выпуска - 1985). Одна идея чего стоит, реализовано пока очень неплохо. Очень сложно смотреть из-за тяжелого цветового фона.
Defies every possible law of logic and is full of plotholes. Every stupid mistake that you can imagine will happen. You will have questions "this detail is wrong, this appearance of a character makes no sense - and you will hope that there'll come a justifying explanation - it won't. Vivy's decisions will be explained but alas - no explanation and no logic for any other character. Robots of this show have purpose - it's the main part of its concept, people - don't; and it makes everything stupid and forced. Paradoxically. the show remains as stupidly engaging as it is stupidly written. It is the biggest mismatch between the production quality (direction, sound and animation are awesome) and the crudity of a script I've seen in my life. The script is not bad per se, it's just too blunt and unpolished. Great concept. great details somewhere and awful script blunders when it matters the most; and those are mistakes could easily be avoided with this budget. It is a dumbfoundingly wasted potential. I am so angry, that I even wrote a first review.
