Watched in: Japanese, Russian. I love Takako Shimura. Fumiko Fumi and her share a similar vision of society and gender/sexuality, that is the reason why I have read most of their published stories. As an anime adaptation of said story, Hourou Musuko does really well. I remember I was enamored with it the day I first heard about it, and now, after a rewatch, my feelings are unchanged. I love all about this dearly.
Watched in: Japanese, Russian. Pretty much the same level as the show. I guess I am a little unhappy about having to watch episode 10 twice, but it is not necessarily a bad thing to cover. Good enough.
Watched in: Japanese. I really do not know how to rate this. The VFX part of this show is immaculate. The writing, however, is not as good. Besides, this show has only made me cry twice, so – not a good indicator on my personal scale. With that said, I believe this is one of last year's best shows. In general though, I think this piece of work lacks substance, and is rooted in bad choices and clichés. If we remove the terrible first two arcs, then remove the last two, I might have given this a 9. Though, the story needed them to deliver a message. Yet, the message itself is old and dusty. I think, this show is very good, but the time it takes to 'become' good is stretched and with all my respect I cannot rate it anything but a 7.

Watched in: Japanese. Holy hell, that was a ride. It was quite lame in the beginning but damn I actually liked it. I just love the energy of the Sakura's VA. I would not say I found the plot interesting but some "avg random comedy" moments had a unique attitude to them, and the character design was something I would say I like. I have many questions about the world-building but eh. Kemonomimi MC does it for me
