She revives Issei as her servant after finding him dead, killed by a fallen-angel and possessing a rare Sacred Gear.[br][br]From her mother, Rias has inherited the Bael Clan's Power of Destruction. This power allows her to release energies that can disintegrate matter, both living and inanimate, with relative ease. Opponents who wield sufficiently greater power, however, can shield themselves from this.[br][br][spoiler_block=Spoiler][br]Rias has gained the ability to project a red light from her breasts, which recharges Issei's energy. She is currently a "free" Bishop since she traded herself back to her mother's team (who does not participate in Rating Games). It is likely she will trade herself to become one of Issei's Bishops when he gains peerage, as she wants to be of use to Issei. She is the only daughter and youngest child of Lord Phenex and Lady Phenex, and the younger sister of Ruval Phenex, an unnamed older brother and Riser Phenex. Ravel is first shown to be spoiled, arrogant and snobbish during her debut, but is later revealed to be a well-mannered, modest, elegant, and polite young girl, but shown to be initially harsh towards those whom she dislikes. She's very loyal to her older brother, as she is seen diligently obeying his authority.
