The story is set in 2011, in the port of Saint Lucie, Florida. [character=11222]Jolyne Kuujou[/character], [character=4003]Joutarou's[/character] daughter, is jailed due to an accident and as a result of being framed by her boyfriend for a bribe in court. It turns out that one of [character=4004]Dio's[/character] students, [character=17676]Enrico Pucci[/character], staged the accident to later kill [character=11222]Jolyne[/character] in prison. Simultaneously, White Snake, a stand with self-awareness and acting on his own, appears in prison. He is able to take away memory, without which the person loses their essence and soon dies. His next victim is [character=4003]Joutarou[/character], who has arrived at the prison to retrieve [character=11222]Jolyne[/character]. But now Jolyne must find the disks as quickly as possible in order to rescue her father, and to do so she joins forces with other inmates possessing the Stands. [character=11222]Jolyne[/character] then has to fight against [character=17676]Enrico Pucci[/character], who is eager to make the world the way [character=4004]Dio[/character] imagined it would be.
