Toshigami is the new Year God of the Zodiac Shrine.
Toshigami has long, spiked hair with his god mark on his forehead. He wears long dark hakama and a haori with a floral design that goes down to his mid-thigh. His obi is tied around his waist and over his haori.
Toshigami has only just become the new Year God, the former Year God having just retired. Toshigami is seen to be very caring, as he was worried when Lao-Tze, the current head of the year ran away. He's worried that he can't do a good job as the Year God. In fact, he admits to Nanami, Tomoe, and Mizuki that it's hard being the Year God, and that all of the Twelve Zodiac Creatures ran away. He's so depressed about it that he tells them that next year, he might as well "let all of humanity be doomed." He really wants to be a reliable Year God, and Nanami cheers him up by saying that all of the Twelve Creatures love him. Toshigami then is shown to also be very kind. Tem was a minor character of Beastars. He was part of the Drama Club at Cherryton High School and was a victim of a murder by one of his classmates.
Tem is a male Alpaca that wears the Cherryton school uniform that consists of a white shirt with a tie, underneath a vest and long striped pants.
Tem was shown to be a caring individual who would willingly help members of the drama team with their problems. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind and would openly praise or insult without hesitation.

Shiira is a minor character of Beastars. She works as the lead choreographer at Cherryton High School.
She is a tall cheetah, being seen wearing her school uniform which is made up of a tie on the neck of her long-sleeve shirt. She also wears a black skirt and shoes when not on school grounds.

Oguma is the owner and boss of the Horns Conglomerate in Beastars.
Oguma is a middle-aged red deer, with magnificent curling antlers. He wears glasses. He commonly wears a dark suit, undershirt and tie.
Being an older deer, he decided to buy Louis from the black market as a young boy with the intention of making him the successor to the Horns Conglomerate after Oguma passes.
He is firm, after buying Louis he throws him into a locked room with a group of carnivores, only arming him with a knife. Oguma only pulled Louis out of the room after seeing that he would rather kill himself than be eaten by carnivores.

Mizuchi is a minor character of Beastars.
She is an endangered harlequin rabbit, her skin and fur being two different shades, the right side of her body being black and the left one being white. She has been seen wearing the Cherryton school uniform.
Mizuchi is very vindictive, jealous, ruthless and envious. She is extremely possessive of her boyfriend. Seeing him and Haru get along so well, being jealous she started spreading rumors about the sexual activities of Haru. Legom is a side character of Beastars. She sells her unfertilized eggs to the school shop at Cherryton High School.
Legom, is a white chicken, robust, has a crest in the pileus and some lobes that hang on both sides of the beak and has very thin legs, in addition to her student uniform is seen wearing pajamas.
Being a bit of a perfectionist and trying to juggle her part-time job and school, Legom takes great pride in the quality of her eggs.
Legom is a student at Cherryton High School who works at the school store, selling and selling them in sandwiches every Wednesday. She sits next to Legosi (to Legom's displeasure) in the Marine Language class, because the order of the seats is in alphabetical order. Every Wednesday, Legosi has some egg sandwiches made of Legom's eggs. (This is never revealed to him)
Legom's eggs are very popular at school, which makes her feel proud of her work. She begins to take her job seriously by dedicating herself completely to her work, setting exercise rules, not staying awake and even going out less with her friends.
Several days later, she discovers that Legosi is not eating an egg sandwich as he usually does every Wednesday. Legosi mentions to Jack that it is because they taste "different", which is a wake-up call for Legom. Depressed and not knowing the cause of the low quality of her eggs, Legom talks to her friend which encourages her to relax a bit more.

Kibi is a minor character of Beastars. He is an anteater, and part of the stage crew in in the Drama club at Cherryton High School.

Els is a minor character in Beastars. She was the secret love interest of Tem before he was killed by the carnivore student Riz.
Els is a Angora goat, looking similar to Tem, despite being different species. She has two horns sloping backwards from her head, and can be seen wearing a regular female's school uniform and backpack.
Els is very skittish. During the first chapter of Beastars we see her very wary of Legosi, a wolf from the Drama club.
